Our apps are monetized through in-app purchases (IAPs) and subscriptions, and all payments and refunds are governed by the policies of the respective app platforms—Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Refunds via Apple App Store

For purchases made through the Apple App Store, all refund requests are handled directly by Apple. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Apple App Store on your device.
  2. Go to your account and select Purchase History.
  3. Locate the purchase you want to request a refund for and tap Report a Problem.
  4. Choose the appropriate reason and submit your request.

Refunds via Google Play Store

If your purchase was made through the Google Play Store, refunds are processed by Google. To request a refund:

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
  2. Navigate to Order History.
  3. Find the relevant transaction and tap Report a Problem.
  4. Submit your request, and Google will review and process it accordingly.
